The Overhead monorail chain conveyor forms a closed loop, and the speed of the chain can be adjusted by a frequency variator.
The chains of the overhead conveyors travel inside shaped sections (section depending on load to be carried).
The suspended tray conveyors, load bars or carried parts are directly hooked to the conveyor chain.
The chains have bearing and guiding rollers thus ensuring friction-less motion in horizontal and vertical curves. Curves are arched sections, that require no extra holding rolling or idler wheel.
Our chain conveyors are typically used as part of paint lines with a surface treatment tunnel, a drying oven, a paint booth, or two booths (see transfer conveyor), an IR, a cooking oven.
Monorail chain conveyors can be installed in reversed position. The chain pitches then stick out over the rail (see reversed chain conveyor).
The conveyor can receive automatic loading and unloading robots.
In most cases, the monorail is delivered ready to be assembled.
The rails, curves, the various components of the conveyor are mounted one onto the other with simple bolts, according to an assembling drawing that is provided. Therefore, it is easy to assemble it without our help, if the client wishes so. |
